Delete your SummaryNote account
1. Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)
Go to Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm with the sign-in link we email you.
Deleting removes your account, every note, transcript, summary, uploaded file, and share link within minutes. Usage records are kept for up to 30 days for billing reconciliation, then deleted.
2. Delete on the web
Sign in at summarynote.app/login, then go to Settings › Delete account.
3. Request by email
If you cannot sign in, email contact@summarynote.app from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 7 days.
4. What is deleted
We delete your account profile (email and name), notes and generated content, uploaded audio, images, and documents, share links, folders, and study items.
What is kept
We keep aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics and records required by law.
